  2. Buy always for the lowest price the manufacture will allow. No smoke and mirrors, ever.
  3. Return and exchange policy, If the bike is new (no signs of wear or dirt) 30 days no problem, no charge.
  4. No pressure to buy, ever.
  5. Test rides highly encouraged.
  6. Special order? No problem, why buy what we have in stock if it isn’t what you’re looking for? Whose money is it?
  7. Wide selection of products and brands to choose from.
  8. Knowledgeable staff, if we don’t know the answer we will find out. We know a lot, but humbly admit we don’t know everything.
  9. Pay for an extended warranty? No way. If it’s our responsibility we will gladly take care of the problem, no time limit.
  10. Professional assembly, No flunkies allowed here.
  11. Shop owners and management should be available locally (We all live in Menifee).
